Payments for Beavers, Cubs and Scouts are due monthly. Please find the corresponding amount for each section and instructions for payment below. Discounted subscriptions are available for Leaders and Executive Committee members.

How to Pay
Subscription fees should be paid on the first of each month unless alternative arrangements are made with the relevant section leader. Please set up a standing order to our account with the reference as the name of the Young Person. Your section leader will be able to give you our account details.
‘Subs’ cover most aspects of being a member of 1st Titchfield. This includes our national subscription for each member to The Scout Association (which in turn meets costs such as insurance, public liability, and central resources to support activities), hall hire, badges, scarves and all Group-run activity expenses. The only additional costs are to attend optional events such as Camps or externally run activities.
Sometimes you may be asked to pay for certain events using OSM. When a Young Person joins 1st Titchfield, a parent or guardian will be invited to join the OSM “Parent Portal” via an email from your Section Leader. Once you have set up an account you will then be able to see events and emails, as well as check and update details. Follow the link the sidebar to get to OSM.
Online Scout Manager
OSM (Online Scout Manager) is where all the records of our young people are stored. OSM is a GDPR Compliant, cloud based system located in the United Kingdom.
